We are seeking a skilled and reliable Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in a variety of construction and home improvement tasks and enjoys working with basic tools. If you have a strong work ethic, a friendly attitude, and the ability to perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance jobs, we’d love to hear from you.

• Assist lead installers with residential insulation and ductwork installation, gathering components, parts, and tools to complete jobs following all quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with lead installers, ensuring projects are completed from start to finish with attention to detail.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency, completing repairs and offering recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used, completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records as required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in a general construction field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in confined spaces and at heights; capable of lifting and moving objects 10–75 lbs.
