ShiftMonday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate$22.00 – $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day repairs and general upkeep of apartment units. This role is essential in preparing units for new residents and ensuring ongoing maintenance needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repair duties in apartment units and common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
- Handle basic plumbing tasks including unclogging drains and fixing leaks
- Conduct carpentry work such as patching walls, repairing doors, and replacing locks
- Respond to and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Jeans
- Plain t-shirt
- Work shoes (steel toe not required)
- Previous maintenance experience in residential or apartment settings preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use standard hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
