• Respond to customer service requests (service calls)
• Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment
• Diagnose and repair system performance or failure issues
• Install new HVAC equipment
• Be on call one week, every 2‑4 weeks as required (frequency varies based on location)

• Utilize company web‑based software to capture client signatures and close out service requests
• Communicate with the Service Coordinator daily
• Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Participate in meetings and training

• Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and be willing and able to climb ladders.
• Must have at least 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Light commercial refrigeration experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license check.
• EPA Certification (Universal) required.

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour

• 8‑hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• High school or equivalent

• HVAC service: 2+ years
