Responsibilities
- You’ll work alongside a lead installer on whole-system replacements, retrofits, and mini-split installs across the Valley.
- Pull and replace AC systems, furnaces, package units, and mini-splits.
- Run new ductwork to R-8 standard (industry baseline is R-6).
- Verify static pressure, refrigerant charge, and combustion safety on every job.
- Document the install with photos for the customer file.
- Train apprentices coming up behind you.
- Receive real training pipeline if you’re newer to install.
- Valid AZ driver’s license and clean MVR.
- 1+ year HVAC install experience or equivalent ductwork fabrication experience.
- EPA 608 certification.
- Variable-speed inverter install experience.
