Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. This role involves performing various repair and maintenance tasks to keep equipment and systems running efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training is a plus
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor
• Excellent problem‑solving skills

• Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and resolve issues
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, carpentry work, and electrical fixes
• Repair or replace broken equipment and parts
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for optimal functionality
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for larger projects
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
