Opportunity

We are currently hiring installers for construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. Ideal candidates will have experience in a skilled trade such as carpentry, framing, roofing, mechanics, plumbing, HVAC, or new construction. If you're comfortable working with your hands, using tools daily, and tackling time‑sensitive tasks with a positive attitude, you'll be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Work on‑site at customer locations to build or remodel HVAC & Refrigeration systems; including the installation of piping support systems, pipe fitting, brazing, and insulating refrigeration lines.
  • Use hand tools and power tools including: sawzall, circular saw, drills, and grinders.
  • Work on a team under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight work may occur).
  • Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team.
  • Experience in a trade or hands‑on construction role (required).
  • Solid experience using power tools (sawzall, circular saw, etc.).
  • Basic brazing or welding experience (preferred).
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
