We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration and HVAC professional to lead field training and technical development for our growing service team. This position is ideal for a senior technician, service supervisor, or technical leader who wants to make a lasting impact by developing the next generation of HVAC and refrigeration professionals.

What You'll Do- Train and mentor HVAC and refrigeration technicians in the field
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting complex refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and controls issues
- Conduct ride‑alongs and hands‑on field training
- Evaluate technician skill levels and identify development opportunities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs, procedures, and best practices
- Support startup, commissioning, and major repair activities when needed
- Promote safe work practices and technical excellence throughout the organization
- Assist with onboarding and development of new technicians
- Collaborate with service management to improve technician performance and customer satisfaction
- Help standardize troubleshooting, documentation, and service processes
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience
- Strong supermarket refrigeration experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of electrical controls, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment
- EPA Universal Certification
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to teach technical concepts in a practical, hands‑on manner
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop technicians
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Rack refrigeration systems
- CO refrigeration systems
- Energy management and controls systems
- Building automation systems
- Refrigeration commissioning and startup
- Technical instruction, mentoring, or supervisory experience
