What You'll DoAs a Concrete Carpenter, you'll play a key role in delivering complex commercial and industrial projects from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Pour concrete for foundations, walls, slabs, columns, and structural systems.
- Set and install MEVA forms, gang forms, and other formwork systems.
- Support large-scale concrete pours on high-profile construction projects.
- Finish concrete surfaces to specification through leveling, smoothing, and texturing.
- Strip formwork and scaffolding safely after concrete has cured.
- Move and stage materials, forms, tools, and equipment throughout the site.
- Perform placement work using wheelbarrows, shovels, mortar, grout, and concrete.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Work closely with field leadership to keep projects on schedule.
- Travel between projects throughout the Valley as new work begins.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial concrete carpentry experience.
- Experience with concrete structures, forming, and finishing.
- Experience using MEVA or similar formwork systems.
- Experience with gang form systems.
- Strong concrete finishing skills.
- Ability to safely perform concrete pours and structural work.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds consistently.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Strong commitment to job site safety.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Experience on high-rise, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability.

Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on field role working outdoors on active construction sites throughout the Valley.
- Typical start times between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
- Standard 8-hour workdays with overtime opportunities.
- Projects include downtown Phoenix high-rises, advanced manufacturing facilities, battery storage projects, and large-scale commercial developments.
- Physical work involving lifting, carrying, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Team-oriented, safety-focused culture.
