Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating attention to detail and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Operate specialized equipment to clean air delivery systems and blow insulation into non-air-conditioned spaces.
- Install low-voltage accessories to enhance air quality, including UV lights and electronic filters.
- Apply radiant barriers and achieve required insulation R-values while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Ensure every job meets quality standards with minimal callbacks and thorough documentation, including photos and customer signatures.
- Maintain and responsibly care for company equipment, ensuring proper function and cleanliness after each job.
Qualifications:

- Two years' HVAC INSTALLER EXPERIENCE
- EPA Type II certification, and OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health certificate.
- Must be over 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Work authorization and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring, and performing duct cleaning tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
