We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our HVAC field service operations in the Phoenix, Arizona region. • Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians
• Assist dispatch in scheduling service calls efficiently
• Review Job Work Orders, Invoices, and Projects for accuracy
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and communication
• Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment
• Manage escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless operations
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Perform disassembly and reassembly of large or small commercial equipment for troubleshooting
• Perform planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the service agreement
• Responsible for HVAC maintenance/troubleshooting/replacement and system installation.
• Complete service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls as directed
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers and explain work performed to the customer's satisfaction
• Communicate and document project status to all project stakeholders
• Serve as a lead and front‑line resource to service technicians through technical support
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, train and provide guidance to technicians
• Coordinate multi‑tech jobs and accomplish multiple tasks on multiple projects with minimal impact
• Review job contract specifications and assist with installation plan
• Coordinate work to align with the project and start‑up schedule
• Safely drive a motor vehicle and trailer, follow company vehicle driving policy and all safety requirements
• Complete documentation of invoicing data based on hours worked and materials/equipment used to complete the service
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle
