Hiring experienced concrete form setters for residential and commercial projects across Phoenix. Work includes foundations, slabs, and structural pours on high-end job sites. Consistent work across multiple locations.

• Set and align concrete forms for foundations, slabs, and structural work
• Perform site prep, rebar placement, and assist with concrete pours
• Use tools such as bull floats and power screeds for finishing work
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork accurately
• Work with crew to complete pours on schedule
• Use hand and power tools safely

• 5+ years of concrete form setting or concrete carpentry experience
• At least 6 months of concrete finishing experience
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately
• Experience on residential or commercial job sites
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work (lifting, bending, standing)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites

• Outdoor construction sites across the Phoenix area
• Residential custom homes and commercial projects
• Work varies by job site location
• Physical, hands-on work throughout the shift

• $27–$33/hr based on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
