Stucco Plasterer

Builder looking to hire a team to install, plaster and finish stucco work. Team will consist of one foreman and 3-4 helpers Prepare work areas by cleaning and masking Mix stucco materials to proper consistency (scratch, brown, and finish coats) Apply stucco using hand tools or spray equipment Install lath, foam, wire mesh, and moisture barriers as required Repair cracks, patches, and damaged stucco surfaces Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques for long lasting results Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow all safety procedures Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to supervisors Work as a coordinated team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Experience in stucco application (1–3 years preferred) Knowledge of stucco systems: traditional, synthetic (EIFS), and patch/repair Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, heights)

• Stucco Applicator – applies scratch, brown, and finish coats
• Lather – installs wire, foam, moisture barriers
• Stucco Foreman – leads crew, manages workflow, ensures quality
