Summary
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for all building maintenance related duties. The Lead is also responsible for supervising warehouse members, conducting floor operations and complying with safety regulations in the warehouse. This includes troubleshooting and major repair work as needed. In addition, the Maintenance Lead will be responsible for maintaining the HVAC, plumbing and cleanup of the different departments within the building.

CompensationThis hourly, non-exempt position pays from $21.75 to $24.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $54,400 and $71,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
Responsibilities- Responsible for minor and major building maintenance repairs.
- Perform plumbing repairs.
- Perform carpentry and plastering.
- Paint, remodel, and repair the flooring.
- Complete installations and demolitions through the facility.
- Responsible for general clean up.
- Conduct the equipment checklist and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to accurately estimate the time required for tasks and schedule team members accordingly to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
- High School or GED education preferred.
- 7-10 years of maintenance experience.
- Framing, HVAC, and plumbing experience as well as a technical certificate is a plus.
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
- Knowledge of using computer or tablet a plus.
- Ability to weld metals is preferred.
- Effective communication skills
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Must be able to work in a team environment and/or with little supervision.
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred).
- Ability to travel as required.
