The Place at Wicker tree, 20003 N. 23rd Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85027, USA
- Ensure apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
- Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds, complete resident work orders, and prepare units for rent in a timely manner.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and related trades.
- Clean and maintain amenities (e.g., pool) by skimming, testing chemicals, and maintaining logs.
- Perform light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits; ensure routine lighting inspections and replacement of burnt-out bulbs as needed.
- Handle door locks, re-keying, P.O. boxes, and locks; follow service processes through to completion and verify work meets specifications and resident satisfaction.
- Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Assist in distribution of notices (e.g., bad weather, emergencies).
- Inspect market-ready units daily and communicate needed supplies or assistance.
- Uphold safe practices and professionalism; support a harmonious team environment.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, and other required documentation.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and be on call as needed.

Experience & Certifications PreferredHVAC Certification
