Lineman Hotstick (Deer Valley Transmission Maintenance) Out-of-Town 1
We will rely on your exceptional work ethic to be responsible for working on new construction projects and maintaining existing underground and overhead facilities. Work performed may involve voltages from 69KV to 500KV. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or G.E.D., completion of a Registered Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program or an equivalent training program, and one year experience as a Journeyman Lineman.
Commercial Driver's License (Class "A") with ability to meet all DOT requirements is also required. Experience working on all types of distribution lines including 4kv to 21kv and all related equipment is necessary. Requires working with aerial equipment, which has weight restrictions of 300 pounds or less. Must pass written and hands-on exam and successfully demonstrate climbing skills. Necessary overtime work will be required.
Out-of-town crew. Reasonable distance requirements will be waived for out-of-town positions in Hotstick. The established headquarters for this position is subject to relocation to the Hub West Service Center, a facility that will be located 38 miles west of downtown Phoenix, on a date to be determined by the Company.
