Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Sprinkler Technician. The Sprinkler Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems to meet code compliance and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system malfunctions, preparing service reports, collaborating with clients to explain services performed, and ensuring timely and efficient service. Adherence to safety regulations and effective communication with team members and customers are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and identifying system malfunctions
  • Knowledge of local and national fire codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and system schematics
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and report writing
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environmental conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in fire protection services or related fields is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET certification) are highly desirable
