Residential Electrician Rougher – Phoenix, Arizona

• Pull wire through conduit and make connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components.
• Perform hot‑check troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
• Report any unsafe working conditions or incidents promptly to the appropriate person.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Work at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
