Residential Electrician Rougher – Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities- Pull wire through conduit and make connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components.
- Perform hot‑check troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
- Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
- Report any unsafe working conditions or incidents promptly to the appropriate person.

Minimum Years of Experience0-2
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
- Work at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
