Apprentice / Semi‑Skilled Handyman & Remodeling Technician
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice / Semi‑Skilled Handyman and Remodeling Technician to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who has some experience in home repair, maintenance, construction, or remodeling but is still looking to learn, improve their skills, and grow into a more advanced role.
You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, works hard, takes pride in his or her work, and has experience using tools and working on homes.

Pay: $15–$25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Experience In One or More of the Following Is Preferred- General home repair and maintenance
- Basic carpentry
- Drywall repair and patching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring installation
- Tile work
- Cabinet installation
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Bathroom and kitchen remodeling
- Demolition and jobsite preparation
- Baseboard and trim installation
- Caulking and finish work
- Shows up to work on time and is dependable
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Takes direction well
- Communicates with the office and project managers
- Treats customers and their homes with respect
- Keeps job sites clean and organized
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Can work independently on basic tasks and assist experienced craftsmen on larger projects
- Wants to learn new skills and grow with the company
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and screening
- Smartphone
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Good references
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting materials, working on ladders, and working indoors and outdoors
