- Assists with installation, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Assists with blueprints, runs conduit, wires devices, troubleshoots, and performs quality control testing.
- Assists with reading mechanical and electrical drawings and code specifications to determine wiring layouts.
- Assists with troubleshooting, testing, and repairs of emergency generators and power distribution systems.
- Runs tests, isolates problems, replaces damaged wiring, and outlines circuit layouts.

High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school is required.
Work Experience & Skills- 0–1 year of experience in construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or related industry/trade (preferred).
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints that detail electrical device installation.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Organized and analytical.
- Collaborative with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Understanding of company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws.
- Proficiency with typical business tools including E‑Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
Work performed in a clean, well‑lit, climate‑controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards. Tasks include standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, driving, using hands and fingers, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting or moving up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
