We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to support cable installation and infrastructure setup in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate deployment of electrical and data cabling across cleanroom and industrial areas.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Prior experience in cable pulling, construction, or general labor preferred.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms.

* Ability to stand for long periods of time.

* Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment.

* Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict contamination control procedures.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.

* OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Working Conditions:

* May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

* Work may be performed in cleanroom, industrial, or construction zones.

* Support logistics of cable and electrical components.

* Assist with installation of conduits and supports.

* Work closely with electricians, technicians, and project managers to ensure proper material and tool procurement and delivery to working area.

* Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols.

* Perform spotter duties for teams of electricians.

* Perform basic measurements and documentation of cable runs.

* Support general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup.
