Residential HVAC Installation Manager
- Phoenix, AZ
A well-established residential HVAC company in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead its retrofit and replacement installation team. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily installation operations, supporting field crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation:
- $80,000-$128,000 annually
, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Overtime available as business needs require

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all residential HVAC installation activities.
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch for installation technicians.
- Communicate with homeowners regarding installation timelines, scheduling updates, and project expectations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate installation team members to improve performance and quality.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Monitor job profitability, productivity, and overall department performance.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate equipment and parts ordering.
- Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC management or supervisory experience
- Hands-on experience with residential HVAC installation, including retrofit and replacement projects
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue and operational performance goals
- Experience managing inventory, equipment, and parts procurement
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail - Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead installation teams
- Valid driver's license required
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
