Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a HVAC & Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a HVAC & Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of critical building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $25hr- $28hr

Shift: 1st shift - 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
• Inspect, calibrate, and change parts to ensure HVAC systems and related equipment operate at optimal performance levels.
• Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe workplace, and recognize hazards to propose elimination methods.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
