HVACR Mechanical Installation Specialist – Commercial Projects

Is this you?

You have 3+ years of HVAC installation experience and a strong mechanical mindset.

You enjoy complex commercial work — retrofits, changeouts, and new construction.

You can read piping layouts, replace RTUs, install WSHP systems, and handle grooved iron pipe.

You are comfortable collaborating with property maintenance teams to solve problems fast.

You use digital tools to document work clearly and accurately.

What will you tackle?

Install AC, furnace, and refrigeration systems to spec and code.

Troubleshoot mechanical components and perform repairs that last.

Execute safe, clean, and compliant work practices on every job.

Apply plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques as needed for installations.

Keep precise records of labor and materials in mobile service reports.

Nice-to-have experience

Background in central plants and chilled water systems.

Open role focus

Install Tech (3+ years of experience): grooved iron pipe, WSHP system installs, RTU replacements, piping layout knowledge, cooling tower replacements, and a range of commercial installations.

What you can expect

Permanent, full-time role (not seasonal).Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

Clean AZ driver’s license required; candidates must be drug free.
