Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation including prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts, carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred).
• A+ Certification, CompTIA N+ Certification (preferred).
• One or more years of related experience (preferred).

Demonstrates expertise in servicing electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, while effectively managing network configurations and security. Proficient in performing maintenance repairs and system overhauls with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
