IEM is seeking a Field Service Technician Level II to perform start-up, commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing service support for IEM equipment in the field. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve moderately complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
You will serve as a trusted customer contact, support coordination with project teams, and assist with training or mentoring entry-level technicians as needed.
