The Field Service Manager is responsible for leading field service operations, supervising installation technicians, and ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of automotive lifts and other vehicle service equipment. This role combines leadership with hands‑on technical expertise, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field service and installation technicians.
• Remain actively involved in field installations, service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automotive lifts, lubrication systems, air compressors, and other shop equipment.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and provide professional, solutions‑oriented support.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and perform timely repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry safety standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, project execution, and communication between customers and internal teams.
• Monitor project quality, technician performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience installing and servicing automotive lifts or similar vehicle service equipment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing field service or installation teams.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work comfortably at heights.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to work alongside technicians in the field.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
