Pay: $30-$34/hr - with ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE availabe

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours: 60-60-50

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support a large-scale industrial construction project in Chandler, AZ. This position offers long-term stability, consistent overtime, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced electrical professionals on a high-profile project.

The ideal candidate will have experience with conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulling, electrical terminations, and control panel installations in commercial or industrial environments.

• Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit up to 1.5"
• Install cable tray systems and supports
• Pull, route, and terminate electrical conductors
• Install and wire control panels
• Assist with instrumentation and controls installations
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
• Maintain quality workmanship while following all safety requirements
• Work effectively with project teams to meet production schedules

• 4+ years of electrical construction experience
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
• Experience bending EMT conduit
• Experience with wire pulling and terminations
• Cable tray installation experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Strong commitment to safety and attendance

• Industrial project experience
• Controls or instrumentation experience
• Control panel installation experience
• Semiconductor, manufacturing, or large-scale construction experience

• Large industrial construction site
• Extensive walking throughout the project
• Outdoor and partially open work areas
• Exposure to heat and varying weather conditions
• Shuttle transportation provided from designated parking area

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
