Concrete Form Setter - Structural Concrete Specialist

Scottsdale | Arcadia | Biltmore Area

$27-$35+/HR DOE | Steady Work | Growth Opportunities | Custom Luxury Projects

Build Projects That Stand Out

Are you an experienced Concrete Form Setter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship? Do you enjoy challenging structural concrete work rather than repetitive slab pours?

We're looking for skilled professionals to join a growing team that specializes in high-end custom mansion homes and specialty commercial projects throughout Scottsdale, Arcadia, and the Biltmore area. If you have experience with structural concrete, tall walls, podium decks, columns, and complex formwork, this is an opportunity to work on some of Arizona's most impressive projects.

What You'll Do
  • Set, brace, and strip concrete forms for structural concrete projects.
  • Build and finish forms for walls, columns, podiums, elevated slabs, and other structural elements.
  • Perform site preparation, layout work, rebar installation, and form assembly.
  • Assist with concrete placement, screeding, finishing, and quality control.
  • Utilize bull floats, power screeds, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Read measurements accurately and maintain precise elevations and dimensions.
  • Work closely with project leaders to ensure pours are completed safely and to specification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused jobsite.
What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • 5+ years of structural concrete experience.
  • Strong background in concrete form setting and form construction.
  • Experience forming walls, columns, and structural elements exceeding 10 feet in height.
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, layout work, and reading tape measurements.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and working outdoors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience on custom residential or commercial concrete projects.
  • Knowledge of rebar placement and reinforcing systems.
  • Experience with podium construction, elevated decks, retaining walls, and structural pours.
  • Ability to read plans and understand concrete layouts.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Biltmore areas.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Work on multi-million-dollar custom homes and unique structural projects

Stable, year-round workload with a growing company

Paid drive time for projects outside the Valley

Advancement opportunities into Lead Form Setter and Foreman positions

Work alongside highly skilled concrete professionals

Challenging projects that showcase your abilities and expand your experience

Strong team culture with long-term career potential

Work Environment

Every project is different. One week you may be setting complex wall systems for a luxury hillside estate, and the next you could be helping construct a challenging structural feature on a commercial development. This is not cookie-cutter concrete work—it's an opportunity to build projects that demand skill, precision, and craftsmanship.

If you're an experienced Concrete Form Setter looking for steady work, growth potential, and the chance to work on some of Arizona's premier construction projects, we want to hear from you.
