About Us: Fire Training Structures has been a leading-edge manufacturer of quality fire training simulators both domestically and internationally. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Welder to join our dedicated team, where communication and teamwork thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labor tasks throughout yard, shop, and operational areas.
• Load, unload, move, organize, and clean materials, equipment, containers, and operational work spaces.
• Assist with basic repairs, maintenance, fabrication, and operational support activities as assigned.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, yards, shops, and operational spaces.
• Support drivers, fabrication personnel, shop staff, and operations personnel as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and equipment staging.
• Report operational, maintenance, or safety concerns to management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Perform additional duties requested by upper management.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and physical movement throughout shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to operational yards, shops, equipment, tools, machinery, and loud environments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous labor, construction, warehouse, yard, or operational experience preferred
• Ability to operate basic tools and equipment preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions required
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
