Your mission
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll own the maintenance, repair, service, and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration equipment across commercial properties. You’ll protect uptime, enhance efficiency, and document work thoroughly via mobile tools—no handwritten paperwork.
Where you’ll make an impact
Service and optimize AC, heating, and refrigeration systems.
Execute preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
Identify root causes in mechanical components and implement durable fixes.
Coordinate closely with property maintenance teams to address needs quickly.
Work safely and meet all applicable industry standards.
Record labor, findings, and materials accurately.
Equipment you’ll master
Cooling tower service
Central Plant Service Chillers Chilled water pumps
Ductless systems
10–50 ton units
Built up systems
Various commercial building systems
Experience with central plants and chilled water systems is a significant advantage.
What you bring to the team3+ years of commercial HVAC Service Technician experience.
Solid mechanical knowledge and proven diagnostic skill.
Ability to perform property maintenance tasks tied to HVAC installations.
Bonus skills: plumbing, welding, and refrigerating techniques.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
Compensation, schedule, and support
Permanent, full-time role (not seasonal).Wage based on experience; finalized through the interview training on unfamiliar applications to help you grow.
Service trucks (not vans) and digital/mobile service reporting.

Weekly payroll via direct deposit.
Eligibility Applicant must have a clean AZ Driver's license and be drug free.
