Kelso Building Services is seeking a highly motivated Controls Install Lead / Working Supervisor to join the Building Automation team. This role combines hands-on BAS installation with leadership of field crews across commercial projects.
You will mentor installers, read drawings, and ensure safety and quality on site. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of BAS/controls experience, strong wiring and startup skills, and the ability to coordinate with project management and trades.
