Field Service Technician (Restaurant Equipment / HVAC) | Phoenix, AZ
Job DescriptionTaylor Freezer Sales of Arizona is hiring a full-time Field & Shop Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ to install, maintain, and repair commercial food service equipment including soft serve machines, ice systems, and grills.
This role is ideal for technicians with experience in HVAC, restaurant equipment repair, or mechanical field service who enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food service equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Travel to customer locations throughout Arizona if necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Identify equipment trends/issues and recommend improvements
- Complete service documentation and communicate with internal teams
- 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or food service equipment repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional overnight travel
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment installation or service (preferred)
- EPA certification or electrical/mechanical background (preferred)
- Based in Phoenix, AZ
- Travel throughout Arizona
