Salary Range: $16.00 To $22.00 Annually

Complete Landscape Resources is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader for immediate hire. We are growing fast, running a fleet of brand-new trucks and top-of-the-line equipment, and offer consistent year-round work. • Experience:
  
  2+ years of experience in Commercial or HOA property landscape maintenance
• Leadership:
  Ability to supervise, train, and manage a 2–3 person maintenance crew on daily job sites
• Driving & Towing:
  Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVD record; experience driving crew cab dump trucks while pulling landscape trailers safely
• Equipment Mastery:
  Proficient in operating mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, blowers, and hand tools
• Property Care:
  Hands-on experience in mowing, blowing, weed eating, and proper shrub/tree trimming
• Safety & Quality:
  Follow company safety policies, adhere to standards, and ensure high-quality property maintenance
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish verbal and written) are highly helpful!
