Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Irrigation Technician role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems and equipment. Daily tasks include inspecting irrigation infrastructure, repairing leaks or malfunctions, programming controllers, and ensuring optimal water distribution. Collaboration with landscape teams to support the overall health and aesthetics of the properties and adherence to safety and quality standards will also be required of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance, including irrigation system installation, operation, and repair
  • Experience with irrigation system Troubleshooting and ability to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, supervisors, and clients
  • Supervisory Skills and experience leading and coordinating team tasks
  • Commitment to safety, high-quality standards, and working in outdoor environments
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in landscaping or irrigation (preferred)
