Equipment Share is hiring a Field Technician (Mechanic) at our Phoenix facility. The role focuses on maintenance and repairs of pump, power, and HVAC equipment, with travel to customer sites as needed.
Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call rotations with extra compensation. You will use laptops/tablets to manage work orders, inspect equipment, and perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while practicing safe job practices.
