Role DescriptionThe Field Service Technician-Arizona is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix AZ, supporting financial institutions and related clients with installation, maintenance, and repair of technology and equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include traveling to client sites, diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing preventive maintenance, and completing timely repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves configuring and testing systems, documenting service activities, and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams about work performed and next steps.
The technician will follow safety and company standards, manage parts and tools inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Technical proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems used in financial or commercial environments.
- Teller cash recycler service is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to explain technical issues in clear, non-technical language.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple service calls and prioritize tasks.
- Comfort working on-site at client locations, including travel within the assigned territory and occasional off-hours support.
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g., IP addressing, connectivity testing) and familiarity with Windows-based systems is beneficial.
- Experience in field service, technical support, or a similar hands‑on technical role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in electronics, IT, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed and adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for travel to client sites.
