Service Technician -Esteban Park

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and performing repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing (pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors);
Tracks inventory and materials, returning unused items to storage and notifying supervisor for re-orders;
Documents service requests and completes paperwork accurately for tracking;
Maintains grounds and common areas and supports safety and quality standards across the property
