New Grad Mechanical Technician

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE plus OT, benefits

• Perform installation, assembly, and commissioning of advanced lithography systems at semiconductor manufacturing facilities
• Conduct system testing, calibration, and qualification procedures to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues during installation and operation
• Collaborate closely with customer engineers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to installation and maintenance activities

• 0–2 years of experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, or field service (new grads are invited to apply – high school or Associate's degrees with mechanical and hand tool aptitude – even just working on cars or in a shop at home – and a love of manufacturing)
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals, desired but not required
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred in a mechanical‑type skill set (e.g., automotive, semiconductor, machining)
