We are growing and looking for a reliable Roofing Crew Lead to join our team and take ownership of roofing crews in the field.

• Lead and supervise roofing crew on-site
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce proper safety protocols
• Read and interpret plans, scope of work, and job details
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
• Train and mentor less experienced roofers
• Up to 10sq roof repairs on tile or shingle roofs.
• Residential and Commercial

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years general roofing experience Required
• A valid state driver s license (in good standing).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test & background check
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with harness.
