HVAC Warranty Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems under warranty
• Verify warranty coverage and document findings accurately
• Perform start-ups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance
• Communicate repair options and timelines to customers
• Maintain detailed service and warranty records
• Ensure compliance with safety, code, and manufacturer standards
• Collaborate with dispatch and engineering teams on complex issues
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Promote Parker & Sons' customer-focused culture on every call
