to join our growing team and help homeowners restore, repair, and maintain their properties.

In this role, you'll perform a variety of residential repairs, maintenance, restoration, and installation work across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, and general maintenance. What You'll Do
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment between residential job sites.
  • Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Perform residential repairs and maintenance involving:
    • Carpentry
    • Drywall repair and finishing
    • Interior and exterior painting
    • Flooring installation and repair
    • Tile installation and repair
    • General home maintenance and restoration
  • Safely operate, maintain, and store hand and power tools.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report additional repair needs, safety hazards, or property concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and coworkers.
  • Complete projects efficiently while minimizing disruption to residents.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in residential maintenance, construction, restoration, remodeling, or multi‑trade work preferred.
  • Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile work, or general home repairs.
  • Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Must provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools.
  • Must successfully pass background, motor vehicle record (MVR), and pre‑employment screening requirements.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions throughout the day.
  • Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Regular exposure to dust, noise, construction materials, fumes, and moving equipment.
  • Must safely use ladders and work in residential construction environments.
  • Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
