Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure reliability.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and building codes to complete quality installations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining findings and recommended solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Parker & Sons' standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job status.
• Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes on every job.
