This hands-on role manages crews, trains installers, coordinates with operations managers, and ensures on-time, on-budget execution of epoxy and resinous work.
You will oversee safety, quality installation, and jobsite coordination while traveling to multiple job sites in the Midwest as needed. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.
