Scottsdale Air is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join our trusted, community-focused team serving Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. In this role, you'll install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork, ensuring safe, efficient operation. You'll interpret plans, coordinate with a small, supportive team, and provide professional, friendly service to customers. Responsibilities

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals to complete quality installations
  • Collaborate with team members and coordinators to plan jobs, manage materials, and meet project deadlines
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients, explaining work performed and system operation
  • Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean, organized condition
  • Document work performed using company forms or mobile systems
