The Station on Central Apartments is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience replacing AC units, repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical and more. Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required (on-call bonuses)
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Who and what skills are we looking for?

• A minimum of 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• EPA Universal or Type II is highly preferred
• Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality is of utmost importance
