KPM is looking to hire a skilled Paint & Resurface Technician to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our residential properties through professional painting and resurfacing work.
Key Responsibilities {{:}}- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Resurface countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces as needed
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Assist with property turnovers by providing paint and resurfacing services
- Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to schedule and complete work efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Good communication skills and professionalism
