Fiber Splicer Trainee

You will learn splicing and testing shoulder-to-shoulder with crews doing it every day, on real builds, from the first week.

• Learn fiber optic splicing and testing from experienced crews
• Assist with FTTH, point-to-point, and network builds
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures
• Keep documentation accurate and photos labeled

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver license
• Able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable and team oriented
