You will learn splicing and testing shoulder-to-shoulder with crews doing it every day, on real builds, from the first week.
What you'll do- Learn fiber optic splicing and testing from experienced crews
- Assist with FTTH, point-to-point, and network builds
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
- Keep documentation accurate and photos labeled
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver license
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable and team oriented
- Paid weekly
