Early Career HVAC & Plumbing

Howard Air - Champions Group is seeking an early-career HVAC & Plumbing technician to join our Phoenix-based residential and light commercial team. In this role, you'll assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing energy-efficient heating, cooling, and basic plumbing systems tailored to Arizona's climate. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn diagnostics, customer communication, and safety best practices. Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems
• Perform basic diagnostics, testing, and preventive maintenance under supervision
• Support senior technicians on job sites, following safety and quality standards
• Interact professionally with customers, explaining work performed and basic system operations
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas in clean, safe condition
• Document work performed using company systems and follow company procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications
• Follow all company, local, and state codes and regulations
