Patrick Riley Cooling is seeking an Electrical Field Manager to lead residential electrical work supporting our HVAC installations and service across the Phoenix area. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll plan and oversee field electrical projects, perform advanced troubleshooting, ensure NEC and local code compliance, and uphold strict safety standards. You'll mentor technicians, coordinate with dispatch and install teams, manage materials, and communicate clearly with homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical field technicians on residential HVAC projects
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical work for installs, repairs, and maintenance
  • Ensure all electrical work meets NEC, local codes, and company safety standards
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC-related electrical systems
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to improve skills and performance
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, findings, and recommendations
  • Coordinate with office, dispatch, and HVAC install/service teams to meet deadlines
  • Monitor material usage, tools, and inventory for electrical projects
  • Document work performed, inspections, and test results accurately
  • Support continuous improvement of field procedures and customer experience
