Electrical Field Manager

Patrick Riley Cooling is seeking an Electrical Field Manager to lead electrical operations on residential HVAC projects across the greater Phoenix area. In this role, you will supervise field electricians, plan and schedule daily work, and ensure all installations, repairs, and upgrades meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards. You'll work hands-on in the field, troubleshoot electrical issues tied to HVAC systems, and coordinate closely with technicians and office staff.

As part of a locally owned, service-focused team, you'll mentor technicians, support ongoing training, and help deliver honest, reliable service and long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical field crews on residential HVAC projects
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily electrical installation and repair tasks
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards
• Perform and troubleshoot electrical connections for HVAC systems and controls
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians and office staff to meet project timelines
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field electricians and helpers
• Conduct quality checks, inspections, and documentation of completed work
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, address concerns, and uphold service standards
